Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Author Guidelines

Authours may submit their articles for publishing or indexing through this platform. The authors are requested to upload:

1. The articles in word format for publshing and in PDF format for indexing. However, the author may be requested to submit both word and pdf formats, if needed, additional data files to support their findings and claims.

2. Authors are requested to mention clearly the type of serive requested ie. "Publishing" or "Indexing" or choose the correct link.

3. Articles will be processed for intial screeing for plagiarism, original contribution and strict adherence to ethical norms of the journals.

4. Articles will NOT be published/indexed, if any violation of ethical norms of the publishing community in the form of malpractice, plagiarism or conflicts of interest.

Publishing Articles

The articles submitted to MTS ASP shall be the extracts or analects of original engineering project reports/dissertations. The articles submitted to MTS through ASP are peer reviewed, indexed and published online in journals associated with us. Submitted articles shall typically range from 8 pages to 24 pages. Articles shall typically include chapters on the scope and aim of the work, literature pertaining to the work, description/narration of methods and means, discussion on results achieved and conclusions arrived at. The articles shall essentially have sections, namely, Abstract,  briefed up sections of the project report, references and recommendations for future work, and others if needed. A separate annexure shall include the photographs of the team members, fabrications and other minutes of the project making. The best articles/proceedins/reports will be selected to be published as a Book Chapter. 

Indexing of Articles

The articles submitted to MTS through ASP processed and forwarded for indexing in indexing bodies associated with us. Articles shall typically include chapters on the scope and aim of the work, literature pertaining to the work, description/narration of methods and means, discussion on results achieved and conclusions arrived at. The articles shall essentially have sections, namely, Abstract,  briefed up sections of the project report, references and recommendations for future work, and others if needed. 

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered in this site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this platform and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. The authors own complete copyright for all submissions made by them to MTS Publishers. MTS strictly adheres to the COPE Guidelines and ensures the common codes of publication ethics. All forms of publications by MTS are as per Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (International) Licence (CC BY-NC 4.0).
